Is looking to make his mark after dealing with a frustrating last couple of seasons which have been lost due to injury ... Is a potential big-play wideout with a good combination of size, speed and strength and outstanding overall athleticism ... Will line up at the H-Receiver spot, where he begins fall camp listed at No. 4 on the depth chart.


Saw action for the first time as a Tiger, taking the field in appearances late in games against Western Illinois and Iowa State ... Played well in spring camp, and closed it out by making 2 catches for 15 yards in the Black & Gold Game...


Was set to earn some playing time in his second year in the program, and was on pace to doing so until he suffered a debilitating hamstring injury in fall camp that hampered him all season long ... Was unable to practice until late in the season, and did not see action in any games due to the injury.


Was able to take a redshirt in his first year in the Tiger program ... Regularly stood out in practices throughout the year, showing himself to be a fluid athlete with good hands and natural receiver instincts that should translate well when his time comes to take the field.


Was an early commit to Mizzou, as he pledged to the Tigers in February of 2008, prior to the end of his junior year in school ... Rated by Rivals.com as the No. 10 overall player (any position) in the state of Missouri, and as the nation's No. 89 wide receiver prospect ... Scout.com listed him as the No. 75 wide receiver prospect in the country, as well ... ESPN.com called him physically ready to make the jump to the collegiate level, and that he is a strong bodied receiver who shows good concentration in traffic and can absorb the big hit over the middle while still tracking the ball ... Was a 1st-Team All-District and All-Conference performer as a wide receiver each of his junior and senior seasons at Washington High School ... As a senior, had 27 receptions for 670 yards and 10 touchdowns ... Junior season stats included 25 catches for 520 yards and 10 touchdowns ... Was a standout track and field athlete as well, as he won the state title in the 300-meter hurdles in 2008 and was 4th in the 110-meter hurdles in the same meet ... Took 2nd in the 300-meter hurdles and 4th in the 110-meter hurdles as a sophomore, after placing 8th in the state long jump finals as a freshman ... High school coach - Jeff Duncan.
