2011 SEASON

One of the top tackles in the Big 12 who should challenge for national honors in his 3rd year as a starter at right tackle ... Landed on the pre-season watch list for the prestigious Outland Trophy, and was named pre-season 1st-Team All-Big 12 by Athlon Magazine ... Became engaged in July to longtime sweetheart Megan Christopher, who has been a standout catcher for Mizzou's powerhouse softball team (Christopher won Big 12 defensive player of the year honors as a senior in 2011) ... Has made 26 consecutive starts and has played in all 40 games over the past three seasons ... Is on pace to graduate this December (education degree), in just three-and-a-half years ... Became the first-ever true freshman offensive lineman to ever play for Gary Pinkel, as he played in all 14 games during 2008 as a true freshman.

2010 SEASON

Had an outstanding season that saw him earn 2nd-Team All-Big 12 honors, as part of a veteran offensive line that allowed only 22 sacks ... Helped Mizzou's running game rush for at least 200 yards in three of the last four games of the regular season, including a season-high 260 yards against Texas Tech.

Mizzou's offensive line allowed just 20 sacks in 13 games for the year ... Part of a Tiger offense that averaged nearly 30 points per game and over 400 yards per game with a first-year starting QB ... Also excelled in the classroom, where he was named a 2nd-Team Academic All-Big 12 selection for his efforts ... Had a meniscus tear in his right knee cleaned up during the off-season, but that didn't limit him much during spring camp.

2008 SEASON

Saw action in all 14 games, getting most of his time as part of the special teams kicking protection unit, but got more and more action on offense as the year progressed.
