Had outstanding sophomore season that saw him earn honorable mention All-SEC acclaim from the AP ... Totaled 54 stops with 5.0 sacks and 7.0 TFLs in 14 games (10 starts) ... Made five tackles in SEC title game vs. Alabama, including a half-sack ... Had two tackles vs. Arkansas (Nov. 28) ... Had three tackles, 0.5 sack, one pass break-up and a QBH at Tennessee (Nov. 22) ... Posted six tackles (two solo) at Texas A&M (11/15) as his five-game sack streak was snapped ... Had a 0.5-sack outing in 20-10 win vs. UK, extending his sack streak to five consecutive games with a sack ... Four tackles, including 1.0 TFL and 0.5 sack, vs. Vanderbilt (Oct. 25) ... 2013 SEASON
Brought youth to Mizzou's defensive trenches and earned six starts between noseguard and defensive tackle ... Closed the year in impressive fashion, with a career-best 7-tackle night in MU's Cotton Bowl win over Oklahoma State ... incredible game at No. 24 Ole Miss included a blocked FG and a 26-yard rush on a Mizzou fake punt attempt that earned him SEC special teams weekly award ... produced a career-high four tackles in the game vs. No. 20 South Carolina (Oct. 26) ... pounced on a loose ball in the fourth quarter for a fumble recovery vs. No. 22 Florida (Oct. 19) ... had three tackles and a career-best two pass break-ups in the win vs. Arkansas State (Sept. 28) in his first career start ... tallied career-high 2.0 tackles for loss in the 45-28 win at Indiana (Sept. 21).

Did not play, as he was redshirted in his first year with the Tigers program.
