Walk-on defensive back who is a standout on the Tiger kickoff team ... Enters fall camp on the depth chart at one cornerback position ... Wears No. 23 in practice, but switches to No. 2 for games, as No. 23 is retired at MU (Johnny Roland and Roger Wehrli).
2003 SEASON
Earned his first letter after playing in all 13 games on the special forces ... Had a superb game against Texas Tech, as he recorded 3 tackles on the kickoff squad, including one jarring stop that made the highlight reels ... Totaled 4 tackles on the season ... Named scout team MVP the week of the Eastern Illinois game.
2002 SEASON
Did not see any game action, but was a valuable member of the scout team each week in practice.

Spent redshirt freshman season on defensive scout team.
