Was a key factor in MU’s offensive resurgence ... Named 1st-Team All-Big 12 by Big 12 Coaches and various news outlets, and was a 2nd-Team All-Conference pick by the Associated Press and others ... Named to the Academic All-Big 12 1st Team for the 3rd straight season, and also was a 1st-Team Verizon Academic District VII pick for the 2nd consecutive year ... Also earned the team’s offensive lineman of the year award at the award banquet ... Cleared the way for one of the most prolific offensive seasons in school history ... Mizzou’s 360 points were the 3rd-most in school annals ... Had 4 games where he was named the offensive team player of the week: vs. Troy State, Kansas, Colorado and at Nebraska ... Consistently had the highest point of attack grades among the offensive linemen, and had the highest season mark overall ... Started all 12 games as a junior, and was an iron-man who rarely came out of the game, despite various nagging injuries.

2001 SEASON

Came into his own in 2001, starting 8 games, including the final 5 after the Tigers lost Adrian Cole for the season with an injury ... Part of an offensive line that surrendered just 6 quarterback sacks, the lowest total in the Big 12 Conference and a mark that ranked in the top five in the country ... Also contributed to the 5th-best running attack in the Big 12 ... Had a great year off the field as well, earning Academic All-Big 12 honors as well as making the District VII All-Academic Team.

2000 SEASON
