Was a 1st-Team All-State and 1st-Team All-District performer as a senior in 2007, and took home District Lineman of the Year honors, as well, as he helped lead his team to a district runner-up finish and a 4th-consecutive state playoff appearance ... As a junior, won 1st-Team All-District and Hon. Men. All-State honors for a district championship team that reached the regional finals of the state playoffs ... Lettered as both a sophomore and freshman for teams that won the state championship (2005) and finished as state runners up (2004) ...
