Started his 40th consecutive game vs. Minnesota in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl (Jan. 1) ... Led an offensive line that helped Mizzou rack up a season-high 587 total yards, including 335 on the ground, a season-high, at Texas A&M (Nov. 15) ... Moved Vanderbilt off the line to the tune of 244 team rushing yards in the 24-14 win (Oct. 25) ... Helped Mizzou’s offense roll to 502 yards of total offense in the 49-24 win at Toledo (Sept. 6) ... Named to the Rimington Trophy and Outland Trophy watch lists in 2014 ... Voted by league media as Third Team Preseason All-SEC.

Started all 14 games at center, giving him 26 consecutive starts since arriving to Columbia in 2012 ... opened holes all year for a lethal Tiger running attack, as Mizzou's rushing offense (237.9 yards per game) ranked 2nd in the SEC and 16th in the NCAA ... first game action at center came in start vs. Murray State (Aug. 31) after he moved to the position during spring drills in 2013.

Was a huge gift to the Tiger coaching staff, as he helped solidify an offensive line decimated with injuries all throughout the season and was a steadying force at left guard, where he ended up starting all 12 games, despite his true freshman status ... played well enough to merit First-Team Freshman All-American status from College Football News, and he was the only Tigers offensive lineman healthy enough to be able to start every game.

One of the top offensive line prospects in the nation who was rated by ESPN as the #2 guard in the country, as well as the No. 42 overall prospect among all players and as the No. 2 prospect in the state of Missouri ... ESPN also rated him as a First-Team All-American ... Rivals ranked him as the No. 4 overall prospect at any position in the state of Missouri for 2012 ... won the Simone Award as a senior, which goes annually to the top prep player in the Kansas City metro area ... became the first lineman to ever win the prestigious award ... was a First-Team All-State and All-Conference selection for his last three seasons ... helped lead his team to the 2010 Missouri State Class 5 championship ... also an accomplished all-around athlete who won state championships in both wrestling (Heavyweight division) and track and field (discus) ... is believed to be the first athlete in Missouri history to win state titles in football, wrestling and track in the same school year.
