Three-year starter at tailback who will lead MU?s ground attack again ... A sure-handed and punishing runner who quietly is putting up some of the best rushing numbers in school history ... With 2,043 career rushing yards, enters the season needing just 984 yards to become Mizzou?s alltime leading rusher ... Ranks 8th on the MU career rushing chart entering the season ... Also is nearing the career scoring record ... Has 168 career points entering the season, and needs just 61 more to eclipse the record of 228 set by Corby Jones (1995-98) ... Needs 13 rushing TDs to break MU career rushing TD record of 38, and needs 11 total TDs to break Mizzou?s career TD mark ... 2002 SEASON

Developed into one of the Big 12 Conference?s top tailbacks, as well as one of the nation?s top scoring threats ... Named honorable mention All-Big 12 by both league coaches and media ... Named the team?s offensive back of the year ... Finished with 758 yards rushing and 17 total TDs (15 rushing/2 receiving), with an average of 4.3 yards per carry ... Also caught a career-high 6 passes for 46 yards and 2 TDs out of the backfield ... TD total was just one shy of the MU single-season record ... Point total of 102 ranked 3rd on MU single-season charts as well ... Might have challenged the 1,000-yard mark, but was forced to miss half of the Texas Tech game and all of the Kansas game due to a banged-up knee ... Ranked 2nd in the Big 12 and 14th in the NCAA with his scoring average of 9.27 points per game ... Rushing average of 68.91 yards per game was good for 10th in the Big 12 ... 2001 SEASON

Perhaps the most improved player on the Missouri football team ... Was the Tigers? leading rusher with 783 yards ... Earned third team All-Big 12 honors by the Big 12 coaches ... Averaged 71.2 yards per game, good for 10th in the Big 12 Conference ... Averaged 5.0 yards per carry, the fourth-best average in the Big 12 ... Led the Tigers with six TDs ... Rushed for 100-plus yards five times in 2001, including 100-plus in three consecutive games ... Rushed for a career-high 147 yards on 27 carries against Iowa State ... Averaged 7.0 yards per carry against the Cyclones ... Carried 19 times for 100 yards and two touchdowns in Mizzou?s victory at Kansas ... Rushed for 109 yards on 13 carries, averaging 8.4 yards per carry against Texas, who at that time was ranked No. 4 in the country in rush defense ... Was well on his way to a fourth 100-plus game at Colorado (12 carries, 69 yards) until spraining an ankle midway through the second quarter ... Rushed for 106 yards on 15 carries against Kansas State, the third-best rushing defense in the country ... Scored 2 TDs and rushed for 106 yards against Southwest Texas State in the second game of the season.

2000 SEASON

Played in 9 games and started the last 4 contests as a redshirt freshman ... Rushed for 502 yards and averaged 3.6 yards per carry ... Tied for third on the team in scoring (30 points) with 5 rushing TDs ... Best game of the season was against Baylor when he rushed for 80 yards on 21 carries and 2 TDs ...
