Columbia, Mo. - Spreading the word of Mizzou Basketball, that's what Head Coach Mike Anderson did on Wednesday, as he traveled to the campus of ESPN to talk about The Fastest 40 Minutes in Basketball following last season's historic 31-win campaign.

The day started early for Anderson and his travel party, as a 5:45 a.m. CT departure time got them to Hartford, Conn. shortly after 9 a.m. ET. After a 40 minute drive to Bristol, Anderson was quickly whisked away to the set of ESPN's First Take for a live interview.

Anderson was on the go most of the day, meeting with personalities from ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNews and ESPNU. He enjoyed a live chat on ESPN.com and met with Andy Katz for interviews both on television and for ESPN's College Basketball website.

"What a great day for Tiger Basketball," Head Coach Mike Anderson said. "We had a great time up in Bristol and it's great to see all these Tigers working at ESPN. I can't thank the folks at ESPN enough for all the hospitality they showed us. It was first class."

In addition to ESPN's First Take, Anderson enjoyed live interviews on ESPNews and the Scott Van Pelt Show. He also taped several interviews for ESPN's College Basketball preview and other platforms on ESPNU.
