Anderson Heads To ESPN Studios Wednesday

The regular season is just around the corner and on Wednesday (Nov. 11) 2009 NABC National Coach of the Year Mike Anderson will travel to ESPN Studios in Bristol, Conn., to talk Tiger Basketball.

 

Anderson will be joined at the ESPN Studios by fellow Big 12 coaches Travis Ford (Oklahoma State) and Scott Drew (Baylor) as well as representatives from the Big 12 Conference offices.

 

Anderson is slated to arrive at the ESPN Studios at 9 a.m. CT and will appear on ESPN2’s First Take at 9:50 a.m. CT.

 

The coach will then tape interviews in the ESPNU studios from 10-11 a.m. CT and will break for lunch with several Missouri alums now working at ESPN shortly thereafter.

 

Anderson will sit down with ESPN’s Ryan Burr at 12:30 p.m. to tape interviews for ESPN’s College Basketball Season Preview. The show will air on Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. (CT) on ESPN2.

Missouri closes out preseason action on Friday (Nov. 13) against Northwest Missouri State. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m. The game will not air on the Tiger Radio Network, but will be carried on television via the Mizzou Sports Network. The contest will air on Metro Sports in Kansas City and Fox Sports Midwest throughout the rest of the state.
