COLUMBIA, Mo. – Missouri Basketball will host its first formal outing of the 2009-10 campaign on Friday night at 8 p.m., with the annual Black & Gold Game at Mizzou Arena. Doors to Mizzou Arena open at 7 p.m. Here is some helpful information as you make plans to travel to Columbia for Homecoming Weekend.
Tickets:
Tickets to the Black & Gold Game are just $5 and Mizzou Students showing their university ID will be admitted free. With a large crowd expected, fans are encouraged to order their tickets ahead of time through the Mizzou Athletics Ticket Office. Fans can order online at mutigers.com, call 1-800-CAT-PAWS (884-PAWS in Mid-Missouri) or visit the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office in person to avoid any potential delays on game day. Tickets for the Black & Gold Game are now on sale.
Parking:
Parking on Friday is FREE. Lots surrounding Mizzou Arena will be open to the public, however all vehicles must be moved at the conclusion of Friday's game to allow crews to begin preparing for Saturday night's football game against Texas.
Championship Rings:
Returning players, coaches and support staff from the 2008-09 Big 12 Championship squad will receive their championship rings prior to the start of Friday's scrimmage.
Hey Coach!:
Missouri Basketball is excited to have Governor Jay Nixon and UM System President Gary Forsee serve as honorary head coaches on Friday. Both coaches will hold their player draft later this week.
Welcome Home:
Several former Tigers will be back in town for Homecoming Weekend. Of course Jon Sundvold and Steve Stipanovich will serve as the Grand Marshals of Homecoming Weekend and former Missouri great Melvin Booker is also scheduled to make his return to Columbia, along with many other former players.
Sign Here:
Missouri Players and Coaches will be signing autographs prior to the start of Friday night's contest. Autograph stations will be set up on the north side of Mizzou Arena and autograph lines will run from 7-7:30 p.m. Posters and schedule cards will be available for fans.

Your attendance on Friday will help support the Boys & Girls Club of Mid-Missouri. A portion of the proceeds from your $5 ticket price will help to support the club and tip-off its "Hope of 10,000 Campaign". Members of the Boys & Girls Club will also be on the concourse if you would like to make an additional donation or learn how to get involved with the organization.

Just a reminder that season tickets for Tiger Basketball are currently on sale. Tickets start as low as $199 and can be ordered through the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office.
