The University of Missouri Men's Basketball program is proud to welcome legendary coach Nolan Richardson as the featured speaker to its 2007-08 coaching clinic held Oct. 27-28 inside of Mizzou Arena.

Richardson went a remarkable 389-169 in 17 seasons at the helm of the Arkansas program, which included three trips to the NCAA Tournament's Final Four and the 1994 national title. Richardson is currently the head coach of the Mexican National Team and led his squad to an upset win over Puerto Rico in the FIBA Americas Tournament earlier this summer in Las Vegas.

This unique coaching clinic will provide area coaches with an opportunity to interact first-hand with the Tiger coaching staff as they help create a greater understanding of the proven components of playing intense pressure defense and quick transition offense.

Cost of the clinic is $50 per person or just $120 for a staff of four.

The City of St. Louis and the St. Louis Cardinals will recognize the tremendous accomplishments of the Missouri Basketball program on May 22 (Friday) as Head Coach Mike Anderson and his team will be the recipient of the Key to the City from Mayor Francis Slay, before throwing out the first pitch that evening in the I-70 Series between the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals.
