COLUMBIA, Mo. - University of Missouri Basketball Coach Mike Anderson has suspended five student-athletes from competition indefinitely.

Anderson suspended seniors Marshall Brown, Darryl Butterfield, Stefhon Hannah and Jason Horton and junior Leo Lyons for violating team rules. Brown, Butterfield, Horton and Lyons will not play Wednesday vs. Nebraska and their status will be determined at a later date. Hannah is currently out 4-6 weeks after suffering a fractured jaw on Sunday. His status will also be evaluated at a later date.

"I am very disappointed in the actions of these young men," Anderson said. "We have defined team rules and when those rules aren't followed, our guys must be held accountable for their actions."

Missouri is coming off a 66-62 victory at Colorado on Saturday.
