Mizzou improved to 26-4 overall and 13-4 in Big 12 Conference play.
The senior class ended their career with an all-time record of 67-4 at Mizzou Arena, including a 16-1 mark this season.
With the win, Mizzou also clinched the second seed in next week's Big 12 Championship.

Denmon now ranks sixth on Mizzou's all-time steals list with 170 after nabbing two steals against Iowa State.
Junior Michael Dixon led the Tigers with 21 points, to record his fourth career 20-point outing.
Mizzou had five players reach double figures for the seventh time this season.
Sophomore Phil Pressey stands alone atop Mizzou's single-season assists list with 183. He entered the game tied for first with Anthony Peeler with 179.
With three steals against the Cyclones, Pressey's season total of 64 is tied for fifth on Mizzou's single-season list. He is tied with Doug Smith (1990-91) and Byron Irvin (1988-89).
Mizzou shot 54.7 percent from the floor during the game, the 15th time this season the team has shot at least 50 percent from the field.
Denmon scored 14 points to reach double figures for the 26th time this season and the 80th time in his career.
Senior Ricardo Ratliffe scored 16 points to reach double figures for the 24th time this season and the 46th time in his career.
English scored 13 points to reach double figures for the 22nd time this season and the 69th time in his career.
Dixon notched 21 points to reach double figures for the 21st time this season and the 50th time in his career.
Pressey scored 11 points to reach double figures for the 16th time this season and the 26th time in his career.
