The win improved Mizzou's consecutive non-conference home game win streak to 81, dating back to early in the 2005-06 season.
Missouri's victory also increased its nation-leading home-court winning streak to 26 games, dating back to the final home game of the 2011-12 season.
The Tigers improved to 41-1 all-time at Mizzou Arena under Head Coach Frank Haith.
The game was the first-ever matchup between the Tigers and 49ers.
The Tigers shot 52.2 percent (24-46) from the floor to mark their seventh game shooting at least 50 percent of the year.
Junior Jabari Brown scored a game high 22 points to post his fourth 20-point outing of the season and the 10th of his college career.
Sophomore Ryan Rosburg pulled down a career high 11 rebounds, including four on the offensive end. Rosburg's previous personal best was nine, which he recorded against Southern Illinois on Nov. 12, 2013.
Brown, senior Earnest Ross and junior Jordan Clarkson all reached double figures in scoring with 22 points, 16 points and 11 points, respectively. The double figure scoring outing was the 13th of the year for both Brown and Clarkson, while Ross scored at least 10 points for the 11th time this season.
