Ben Lindsey enters his fourth year as a member of the University of Missouri Men's Basketball staff and third as the program's coordinator of basketball operations.
In his current position, Lindsey assists Director of Basketball Operations Jeff Daniels with organizing Missouri's travel arrangements, as well as organizing all facets surrounding Head Coach Mike Anderson's basketball camps. Lindsey has also been instrumental in developing Mizzou Basketball's extensive recruiting database.
A native of Magnolia, Ark., Lindsey came to Columbia after a one-year stint at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he served as a staff assistant and video coordinator for current Tiger Head Coach Mike Anderson. At Mizzou, Lindsey will oversee Mizzou's film exchange program, while assisting in various day-to-day basketball operations, including the organization Mike Anderson's individual and team camps, team travel arrangements and various administrative duties. Lindsey recently completed his master's degree in Education in Learning and Instruction.
Prior to entering the coaching ranks, Lindsey was an all-state performer for his father, legendary high school basketball coach Marvin Lindsey, at Magnolia High School. He then played collegiately at Southern Arkansas University before transferring to the University of Central Arkansas. At Southern Arkansas, Lindsey earned academic all-conference accolades for the Muleriders.
