WSU's Mike Pelfrey pitched a four-hit shutout, as the second-seeded Shockers defeated the Tigers, 3-0, this afternoon. Pelfrey scattered four hits and struck out 14. MU's Danny Hill took the loss, despite giving up two earned runs in seven innings and struck out five.

logo Arkansas Out Duals Dolphins, 4-1
Hoss Pratt went 4-4 tonight, as the Razorbacks defeated Le Moyne, 4-1, in game two of the Fayetteville Regional. No. 1 seed Arkansas was led by a strong pitching performance by Clint Brannon, who threw a eight-hit complete game, while striking out four. The victory was Arkansas' 40th of the year to go with 21 losses.

logo Missouri Knocks Out Le Moyne, 11-3
Pitcher Garrett Brosius' goes the distance in the 11-3 victory over Le Moyne allowing 8 eight hits. Cody Ehlers spearheads the offensive attack going 2-for-5 with four RBI's and a homerun. In total, the Tigers tallied 16 hits, with seven players collecting multiple hits against the Dolphins. Le Moyne is eliminated from the tournament while Missouri improves to 38-22-1 on the season.

logo Wichita State Tops Arkansas In Extra Innings, 4-3
Drew Moffitt's only hit of the game happened to be the most important for Wichita State. Moffitt homered in the 11th inning to put the Shockers up 4-3 against Arkansas. The Shockers' Nick Blasi also provided offense going 3-for-4 who improved their record to (49-14).
