Aaron Crow Earns Save on Mizzou Night at The K

July 28, 2014

Crow got a big Z-O-U cheer from the fans at Kauffman Stadium Friday night.

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Former Mizzou baseball standout and current Kansas City Royals reliever Aaron Crow picked up his second save of the season in a 6-4 win over the Cleveland Indians last Friday. Crow tossed a scoreless ninth inning, allowing just one hit while throwing 16 pitches to earn the save. It was a special night for him as it was also Mizzou Night at The K. With plenty of Mizzou fans on hand, Crow shut the door in what was probably an exciting moment for the former Mizzou standout. Crow's interview starts at the 1:40 mark of the video below. Also, check out Crow talking with Michael Coleman of KCTV-5 on last night's sports show.
