Friday Baseball Game Suspended in Sixth Inning
April 22, 2005 COLUMBIA, Mo.-- - Play was suspended in the opening game of the three-game series between Mizzou and Oklahoma with the score tied at one in the sixth inning. The game will resume at 2 p.m. on Saturday with the second game of the series to follow. Oklahoma took the early lead, scoring a run in the top of the second inning. Missouri tied the game with a run in the bottom of the fifth inning. The game went into a rain delay with one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. After an hour and seventeen minute rain delay, the game was suspended until Saturday afternoon.
