Baseball Tuesday Postponed; Doubleheader on Tap Wednesday

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Mizzou baseball home opener vs. Eastern Michigan, scheduled for 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon (March 5), has been postponed until Wednesday (March 6) due to forecasted cold temperatures and wind chills in the Mid-Missouri area. The Tigers will now play a doubleheader with the Eagles beginning at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Taylor Stadium. Each game will be just seven innings.

The promotions for tomorrow's doubleheader are still as listed: Senior citizens will receive buy-one-get-one free tickets at 55 years or older with a photo ID. It is also business card night as anyone with a business card will receive free admission. Also, free admission will be given to children (kindergarten-fifth grade) who show up with an 'A' grade on any school project or paper.
