- The all-time series with Mizzou and Kentucky is now tied at three wins apiece.

- Ryan Howard tallied two hits for his second multi-hit game of the series and his seventh of the season. It is the second time this season that he has tallied multi-hit games in back-to-back contests.

- Austin Tribby made his SEC leading 22nd appearance in Saturday night's game.

- The 12 runs allowed by the Tigers are the most they have given up this season.

- Zach Lavy tallied a pinch-hit single in the seventh inning, his first hit since March 14 against Tennessee. He tallied a hit in the ninth as well, his second multi-hit game of the season.

- Brett Peel tallied a pinch hit single in the seventh inning as well, his second pinch hit knock of the year.

- Jace James made his first pitching appearance since Feb. 23 against Cincinnati. It was his first relief appearance of the year.
