•This was Eric Anderson's first weekend start since last season against Kentucky.

•Sunday's game marked the first time that Mizzou head coach Tim Jamieson has batted his starting pitcher in the leadoff spot.

• 4.0 innings is Anderson's longest outing since May 17, 2013, against Kentucky when he pitched 7.1 innings for a win, clinching the Tigers a spot in the SEC Tournament.

Eric Anderson had four strikeouts in the loss, matching his most since Feb 24, 2012, against San Francisco (five). Anderson's 4.0 innings is more than he had combined this season.

•Missouri pitchers rounded up a 24:4 strikeout to walk ratio for the weekend. Finishing with 1.33 walks per nine.

•Kendall Keeton roped a single in the seventh to extend his streak to 13 games of reaching base safely.

•Eric Anderson extended his hitting streak to six games with a single in the eighth.

•The Tigers failed to sweep the Golden Eagles but take the series and stay above .500 at home (2-1).
