Mizzou vs. Southern Mississippi Game One Notes

• With the win, Mizzou now trails Southern Mississippi in the all-time series 5-8

Brett Graves' scoreless inning streak came to an end at 16.1 innings after giving up a RBI-single in the top of the second

• Starter Brett Graves threw 21 first pitch strikes out of 29 batters faced and at one point retired eight batters in a row

• Over his past three starts, Graves has thrown 23 innings, giving up 10 hits, 2 walks and has struck out 20 batters

Kendall Keeton has reached base in every game this season, extending his streak with a hit tonight

Dillon Everett has also reached base in every game he has played this season (10) with a walk tonight

• Keeton Steele made his seventh relief appearance of the season, pitching one inning and striking out the side, earning his third save

Josh Lester had two hits tonight and now has four multi-hit games on the season
