• Started 14 games for the Tigers, earning a record of 3-6 with a 3.87 ERA in 93 innings of work.
• Led the team in innings pitched (93), games started (14), and strikeouts (64).

• He had a complete game effort in a 2-1 loss to South Carolina (3/15), scattering seven hits and giving up just two runs (one earned) while striking out four and walking none.
• In his season debut at Southern Miss (2/16), he went 5.0 innings and gave up just one earned run while walking one and striking out a season-best five.
• Also struck out five in 6.1 innings at Memphis but got tagged for three earned runs.
• Earned his first win of the season against Auburn (4/28), going 5.0 innings, allowing just three hits and one unearned run.
• His second win of the season came in the Tigers' Thursday night win over Kentucky (5/16) as he went 5.0 innings, allowing just three hits and one earned run.
• Had a 1.37 ERA and a 2-0 record over his final five starts, spanning 26.1 innings, allowing just four earned runs in that span.

2012
• Started 10 games and appeared in 18 and compiled a 6.32 ERA in 47.0 innings pitched but got better as the year went along.
• Struck out 28 batters in his first season as a Tiger.
• Highlight of the season came in the Tigers' 5-4 win over Illinois as Graves earned the win in his hometown team's major league stadium - coincidentally the Cardinals were also the team to draft Graves out of high school. He threw 6.0 innings and struck out seven while allowing four earned runs in the start.

High School
• Guided Francis Howell to a 2011 MSHSAA State Championship after compiling a 32-3 record on the season.
• Named First Team Louisville Slugger All-American and All-Metro Player of the Year in St. Louis after going 9-1 with a 1.95 ERA and 70 strikeouts.
• He also hit .441 with six home runs and 35 RBI as the Vikings leadoff hitter.
• Named Missouri Gatorade Player of the Year in 2011 after splitting time on the mound and at short stop for Francis Howell.
• Three-time All-State selection in baseball from 2009-11.
• GAC Conference Player of the Year in 2010.
• GAC All-Conference (football) in 2009 as he was Francis Howell's starting quarterback and fielded many opportunities to pursue a collegiate football career.
• Led Francis Howell football to a 2009 conference championship and the team claimed conference, district and sectional titles in 2010.
• 2011 Scholar Athlete.
• Coached by Tony Perkins while at Francis Howell.
• Drafted in the 26th round of the MLB Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals.

Personal
• Son of Scott and Mary Graves and was born in St. Charles, Mo., on Jan. 30, 1993.
• Plans to major in secondary education while at Mizzou.
• Played with current Tiger freshmen Jake Ivory and Case Munson at Francis Howell as their history together dates back to before high school.
