HIGH SCHOOL
• Batted .510 with 3 home runs and 29 RBI his Senior year.
• Pitched to a 4-2 record with a .43 ERA and registered 62 strikeouts in his final season.
• Chosen as a Second team All-Conference Pitcher in his Sophomore season, as well as receiving Rookie of the Year honors.
• Chosen to the Second All-District team and was a First team All-Conference pitcher his Junior season.
• Chosen as a First team All-District pitcher, First team All-Conference pitcher, First team Utility player for the All-Conference team, and won the MVP Award, Silver Bat Award, and CY Young Award in his Senior season.
• Was on the Academic Honor Roll all four years of high school.
• Graduated in the top 10% of his class.
