• Started 57 games at second base, leading off in 46 of those contests
• Hit .257 with a team-high 40 runs, 15 RBI while resetting career-highs in doubles (nine)
• Reached base at a .341 clip when leading off an inning.
• Led team in walks (31) and runs scored (40) as his 40 runs scored were the most by a Tiger since Blake Brown posted 51 in 2012.
• Finished fifth in the SEC and led the Tigers with 22 stolen bases
• His 22 steals on the season rank as the third-most in program history and the most by a Tiger since Torre Tyson stole 37 in 1998.
• Peel became just the seventh Tiger ever to steal 20 or more bases in a single season.
• Had the longest reached-base safely streak on the team with a mark of 30-consecutive games, falling just two shy of matching the school record (32 by Brannon Champagne/Aaron Senne)
• Was one of three Tigers to amass a hitting streak of 10 games or longer

• Peel made 28 plate appearances for the Tigers in 2014 and generated a .353 on-base percentage.
• Batted .308 against left handed pitchers.
• Started eight games for the Tigers.
•Was the opening day starter at second base before breaking his hand.


• Hit .336 with a pair of homers and 25 RBI for Jefferson College last season and showed great speed on the base paths, stealing 21 bags and scoring 26 runs.
• Played in 38 games and had an OBP of .408 while slugging .463 with seven doubles, two triples and a pair of homers.
• Was very good in the field as well with a .974 fielding percentage, committing just four errors all season.
• Was an honorable mention All-State pick by Prep Baseball Report after batting .409 with a .522 OBP, 53 runs, four doubles, five triples and 24 RBI in his senior season at Francis Howell in 2011.
