• Emerged as the Tigers' top hitting catcher as he posted a .269 average with a .385 OBP.
• Drove in 14 runs and scored 17 more while drawing 24 walks in 145 at-bats.
• Struck out a team-low 23 times and boasted a walk-strikeout ratio of 1.04.
• Committed just three errors on the season, a team-low among regular fielders in 2011 and tallied a team-high 283 put outs.
