Missouri is set to begin competition in the most prestigous college baseball conference - the SEC - and has developed a national presence with postseason expectations. In total, Mizzou has qualified for 22 NCAA Regional appearances, including six trips to the College World Series. A total of 68 Tigers have been selected in the Major League Baseball Draft over the last 19 years, including four first-round selections and most recently junior lefty Rob Zastryzny, who went from an undrafted prospect out of high school to a second-round draft choice of the Chicago Cubs. Located in Columbia, Missouri (one of America's best college towns), Mizzou is an exceptional place, a university where you'll find more majors, more talented and dedicated teachers and more top-notch housing facilities -- all of which add up to more opportunities to explore, grow and succeed.

The McArtor Baseball Facility
Taylor Stadium/Simmons Field
Taylor Stadium/Simmons Field, was constructed to accomplish a variety of goals set by the baseball coaching staff and MU's Department of Athletics. The ultimate goal in the construction of the stadium was to create a fan-friendly facility and to encourage a family ballpark atmosphere.
The McArtor Baseball Facility
In 2008, MU opened the Mizzou Athletic Training Complex, which housed areas for Strength & Conditioning, Sports Medicine and Academics. It is also home to the athletic dining hall and locker rooms for baseball, softball and soccer.
