2011/2012:
Cross Country - Placed 14th in the 8K at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge, posting a final time of 27:39.43...Finished 104th at the Notre Dame Invitational, finishing the 5-mile course in 25:33...Came through in 25:49 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals to earn 108th...Ran 25:06 at the Big 12 Championships to finish 59th...Took 57th at the NCAA Midwest Regional, completing the 10K course in 32:47.71
Indoor Track - Started the season with a 2nd place finish at the Missouri vs. Kansas Dual Meet for the DMR, and an individual 4th place finish in the 800m, which he finished in 1:57.20...Took 2nd in the Mile at the Illini Classic, crossing the line in 4:15.25...Followed that with an 8:29.10 3K performance at the Bill Bergan Invitational, earning himself 22nd place...Was 9th in the Mile at the Texas A&M Invitational in 4:13.94, and ran 8:27.38 for 4th in the 3K...Finished his seaon at the Big 12 Championship, where he earned a PR for the 3K in 8:22.18 and 4th in the DMR, earning an All-Big 12 honor
Outdoor Track - Earned two PRs in the 1500m and 5K this season...Started off with a 1st place finish at the Missouri Relays in the 1500m, where he finished in 3:53.55...Followed that up with a 4th place finish at the LSU Invitational in 3:49.12 and a 5th place finish at the Beach Invitational in 3:47.35...His 1500m PR came at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational, where he took 13th in 3:47.35...Competed as part of the 4th place DMR team and 1st place 4x1600m team at the Drake Relays...Earned his 5K PR at the Big 12 Championship, where he placed 19th in 14:36.46 and 14th in the 1500m in 3:49.34
2010/2011:
Cross Country - Posted Missouri's No. 4 time in all three meets he ran this season...Finished 14th overall at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge, crossing the line in 27:07.62...Took 124th at the Greater Louisville Challenge, earning a season-best time of 25:22.91...Raced to 57th place at the Bradley Classic, finishing in 25:29
