2011: Cross Country: Came in eighth at the Saluki Early Bird Sept. 2, completing the 4K course in 12:48.2 ... Finished seventh at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge 8K on Sept. 10, clocking in at 27:10.81 ... Took 149th place in the five-mile race at the Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 30 with a final time of 26:14 ... Finished 199th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals on Oct. 15, coming in at 26:57 ... Came in 47th in the 8K race at the Big 12 Championships on Oct. 29 ... Completed the 10K course in 33:55.90 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 13, good for 100th place... Ran at the Big 12 Championships and placed 83rd overall with a time of 27:26.17 on the 8K course ... Also ran the 8K course at AL Gustin Golf Course at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge and was paced at 26:33.30, a season-best, earning him ninth overall.
2008: Outdoor: Placed 15th in the Big 12 at 800 meters ... logged PRs of 1:52.56 at 800 meters at the Arkansas Twilight and 3:54.92 at 1500 meters at the Missouri Relays. Cross Country: Ran an 8k personal-record time of 25:48 at the Bradley Classic ... Finished first on the team and 19th overall at the Bradley Classic. Indoor: Placed 13th at the Big 12 indoor meet at 1000 meters in a season's best 2:28.69 ... was also on ninth-place DMR team at the league meet ... ran season's best 4:16.75 Mile-time at the Meyo Classic ... winner of the 1000 meters at the Big 12-Mountain West Challenge.
2007: Cross Country: Ran in back-to-back races early in the season highlighted by a 16th place finish at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic, his first collegiate race ... also socred big points for the Tigers at the Roy Griak Invitational where he finished fifth among the Tiger runners.
High School: Class 4A State Champion in Cross Country and a three-time individual state champion ... Led Ft. Zumwalt South to the MSHSAA Class 4 Cross Country Championship in 2006 ... prep bests on the track of 1:53.1, 4:14.4, and 9:19.8 at 800-, 1600-, and 3200-meter distances respectively ...
