2008:
Cross Country: Did not run any races in 2008. Outdoor: Was second at both the Missouri Relays and Tom Botts Invitational at 1500 meters, running a season best 4:37.29 at the Relays. Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors for a fourth-place run at 1000 meters at the league meet, runnning a PR 2:49.55 in the final ... also earned all-conference honors as a member of the sixth-place DMR team ... clocked 4:51.16 at the Iowa State Classic for a PR in the mile.

2007:
Cross Country: Spent much of the season recovering from an ankle injury but made her impact felt at the Bradley Classic where she finished 24th overall setting a new personal record of 22:02 ... also overcame the injury in her second race back at Big 12's where she was the fourth Tiger finisher at 49th overall with a time of 22:24 ... Had her best race as her conditioning improved at the NCAA Midwest Regional where she finished 57th overall, third among the Tiger runners. Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 800m at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 2:09.90 while placing 11th ... Also set a 1500m best at the Arkansas Invite with a time of 4:30.63 ... Took second at the Botts Invitational in the 1500. Indoor: Took home third place at the Meyo Invitational in the mile run with a personal best 4:55.48 ... Placed third at the Big 12- Mountain West Challenge in the 800m, and set a personal best in the 800m at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 2:11.21.

2006:
Cross Country: Finished first for Mizzou and third overall in the Missouri Cross Country Challenge to start the year ... Finished third for the Tigers in every other race she ran, including a 37th place finish in the Big 12 Championship Meet ... Finished 41st at the Midwest Regionals Meet in Minnesota ... Earned a personal-best 6K time of 21:43.1 at the Pre-NCAA's in Terre Haute, Ind., finishing 104th. Outdoor: Placed 13th at the Big 12 Championships at 800 meters, running career-best 2:10.57 ... ran lead-off leg of third-place 4x800 team at Drake Relays. Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors as part of conference's third-place distance medley relay team ... ran a season best at 800 meters at the Iowa State Classic, clocking 2:14.98 ... placed 26th at the Big 12 Indoor at 3000 meters.

2005:

Cross Country: Placed 48th at the Big 12 Championships ... was 88th at the NCAA Regionals ... placed 11th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... was 18th at the Southern Stampede.

High School:
Two-time state cross country champion, she had a perfect record at the state high school track championships, earning 13 straight wins ... This ties her for the most ever state titles ... Anchored the state-winning 4x800-meter relay (2:07.9) ... Ries and the North Linn High School cross country team claimed Tri-Rivers conference title in 2001 and 2002 and earned district runner-up titles in 2003 and 2004 ...Competing at the Iowa state cross country championships, the Lynx finished as high as sixth in 2004, while the track and field team claimed conference and state titles in 2004 and 2005 ... Individually, she was a four-time conference and district champion ... For her achievements, she was named the Linn County Athlete of the Year (2004-05), Gazette Athlete of the Year (2004-05) and holds several Elite All-Stater honors ...
