Cross Country-Debuted her season at the Notre Dame Invitational placing 49th... Ran a season's best at the Bradley Classic to place 6th with a time of 21:11 (6k)... 3rd Tiger to cross the line at the SEC Championship placing 36th... Competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional and placed 62nd.

Cross Country- Ran consistently in the top three for the Tigers throughout the season...Was 3rd for the Tigers at her first meet back, the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing in 18:12.39...Was once again the 3rd Tiger in at the Adidas Wisconsin Invitational, navigating the 6k course in 21:22...Finished 2nd for the Tigers at both the SEC Championships in Nashville, and the NCAA Midwest Regional in Springfield, MO, crossing the line in 21:49.46 and 21:53.71, respectively

Indoor Track- Took 1st at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge in the 3k, crossing in 10:15.77...Was 12th in the 3k at the SEC Championships in Fayetteville, AR, finishing with a PR of 9:48.67

Outdoor Track- Started the season off with a win in the 1500m at the Missouri Relays, crossing in 4:33.50...Hit a PR in the event at the Crimson Tide Invitational, finishing in 4:29.54...Was 7th at the highly-competitive Mt. SAC Relays, finishing the 5k in 16:52.91...Competed at the SEC Championships, hosted by Missouri, finishing 15th in the 1500m and 16th in the 5k with a PR of 16:52.59

Cross Country - Led the Tigers with a 4th place finish in the 5K at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge, clocking in at 18:18.24...Finished 62nd in the 5K race at the Notre Dame Invitational, earning a new PR of 17:53...Took 10th in the 6K at the Bradley Classic with a time of 21:42.36...Came in 21st at the Big 12 Championships, finishing the 6K course in a new PR of 20:29.3...Crossed the line at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 22:55.09 to earn 86th place

Indoor Track - Did not compete

Outdoor Track - Raced in the 1500m primarily, with her first time coming from the Missouri Relays, where she placed 4th in 4:36.40...Followed that performance up with a 3rd place performance in the 3K Steeplechase at the LSU Invitational, crossing the line in 11:05.88...She was 2nd in the 1500m at the Tom Botts Invitational, finishing in 4:32.43...Earned her 1500m PR at the Kansas Relays, where she finished 5th in 4:29.96...Competed in the Drake Relays as part of the DMR and 4x800m teams, earning 5th and 10th place, respectively...Finished her season at the Big 12 Championship, where she took 8th in the 3K Steeplechase with a season best time of 11:02.66

- Six-time MSHSAA All-State in Track & Field

Liz ran for Kickapoo HS under coach Jeremy Goddard...In 2009 she helped lead her team to a 2nd place finish at the MSHSAA State Cross Country Championship, earning an All-State honor in the process...She was also MSHSAA All-State in 2010 for Cross Country...On the track, Liz earned All-State honors in the 800m (2011), 1600m (2009-2011), and 3200m (2010, 2011)
