2005:
Outdoor: Redshirt season. Indoor: Became school's record holder at 5000 meters with third-place finish at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 16:34.87 ... also placed third in the conference at 3000 meters ... winner of the MU-KU-KSU Triangular's 3000 meter ... season-best in the 3000 meter came at the Meyo Invite, clocking 9:31.52, entering the school's all-time top five in that event as well.

2004:
Cross Country: Led the Tigers to their best finishes in 20 years at the NCAA Midwest Regional and NCAA Championships ... claimed All-Region and All-Big 12 honors, placing fifth at the regionals, seventh at the conference championships ... placed 65th at the NCAA Championships ... great race at the regionals caped by a 31 second PR in the 6k to 20:37 ... took third for the third time in three years at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge. Outdoor: NCAA Championship qualifier with 18th place finish in the 10,000m run (36:23.49) ... earned qualifying mark and personal-best in the 10k at the Stanford Invitational running in 34:44.63 ... became the second-fastest at Mizzou history in the event ... took third place at the Big 12 Championships in the event (35:47.91) ... earned event title at the Tom Botts Invitational in the 5000m with season best of 17:14.30. Cross Country: Named All-Midwest Region after 4th place overall finish (21:28) ... earned personal best of 20:54 with 51st place finish at the NCAA Championships. Outdoor: All-Big 12 in the 5000-meter run ... ran 5000m at NCAA Regionals and finished 11th ... ninth place in Big 12 10,000m Indoor: Ran primarily in the 3000m and 5000m ... finished 13th in Big 12's 3000m.

2002:
Cross Country: Finished 27th at NCAA Regionals ... 37th at Big 12 Championships ... participated at NCAA Championships as Missouri's fourth runner ... hit the top five twice, third at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge, fourth at Lakefront Invitational ..
