Also shaved 48 seconds off of her personal best at the Stanford Invitational ... Twice earned All-Big 12 honors after finishing fourth in the 10,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships and eighth in the 5,000-meter run (16:46.55) ... Earned valuable team points at the Pepsi Team Invitational with a second-place finish in the 3,000-meter race. Indoor: Redshirt season.
2004: Cross Country: Selected for the All-Region team for the third consecutive year after finishing 13th at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... Fifth place scorer at the NCAA Championships with her 119th-place showing ... Finished 18th at the Big 12 Championships ... Named an Academic All-American Outdoor: Jumped into the Missouri all-time top five in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best performance at the Stanford Invitational, clocking in at 34:55.64, besting her old personal record by over a minute. Indoor: Earned the fifth All-Big 12 honor of her career with a seventh place finish in the 5,000-meter run, running a time of 17:03.43.
2003: Cross Country: For the second consecutive year, she earned All-Midwest Region and All-Big 12 honors ... Finished seventh at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... Placed 11th at the Big 12 Championships ... Named Big 12 Runner of the Week for the second time in her career after winning the Bradley Open. Outdoor:Named All-Big 12 in both the 5,000-meter run and 10,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships, where she finished second in the 10,000 (36:01.38) and fourth in the 5,000 ... Qualified for the NCAA Regional Meet in the 5,000 with a personal best of 16:56 ... Won the 5,000 at the Ward Haylett Invitational. Indoor: Ran only twice, both times in the 3,000, finishing second at the Missouri-Kansas-Kansas State Triangular and adidas Classic.
2002: Cross Country: Named to the All-Midwest Region and All-Big 12 teams... Recorded the highest freshman finish in the Big 12 Championships (fifth place, 20:59, 6K) ... Finished eighth at NCAA Regionals, helping the team to a win (20:53, 6K) .... Finished in the top five at three meets ... Won the Missouri Cross Country Challenge, beating 56 others for the crown ... As a result, was named Big 12 Runner of the Week ... Competed at the USA Jr. Cross Country Championships in Houston, Texas (Feb. 15, 2003) where she finished seventh.
