YEAR-BY-YEAR

Cross Country: Fourth Tiger finisher (ninth overall) at the Missouri CC Challenge ... Third Tiger finisher (31st overall) at the Bradley Classic... Did not run in another varsity race during the rest of the 2008 season.

2008:
Outdoor: Placed 18th at the Big 12 Championships in the 10k with a 33:18.36 run ... second at 5000 meters at the Tom Botts Invite, clocking season best at the distance of 15:39.04 at the Missouri Relays. Indoor: Ran in three races for the Tigers, clocked 14:54.69 at 5000 meters at the Iowa State Classic for a season best at the distance ... also ran 3000 meters in 8:53.33 at the Missouri Invitational.

2007:
Cross Country: Big 12 Runner of the Week of Sept. 18 after finishing ninth at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic in his first race with the Tigers ... Went on to set a personal record at the Bradley Classic where he ran the 8K in 25:30, nearly 23 seconds better than his race at Vanderbilt. Outdoor: (Florida) Redshirt season. Indoor: (Florida) Redshirt season.

2006:
Cross Country: (Florida) Ran in the Mountain Dew Invitational placing 25th overall at 25:53.95 ... earned a medical hardship waiver because of injury.

High School:
Named 2005 St. Louis Post Dispatch Runner of the Year ... Earned five All-State honors in track and cross country. 2005 Class 4A State Champion in Cross Country, and the runner in in 2004 ... Coached by 2006 Missouri and National High School Track Coach of the Year Jim Schmuch.
