2011 Indoor: Season-best pentathlon score came at the Bill Bergan Multi-Event Invitational where she placed third overall with a score of 3,414. Outdoor: Posted a season-best heptathlon score of 4,525 at the Big 12 Championships where she placed 13th overall.
2010: Indoor: Multi-event specialist that competed in the pentathlon at the Bill Bergan Combined Events where she turned in a personal-best score of 2,946 total points ... Set personal-best marks in the high jump and 60m hurdles at the meet with marks of 1.40m (4-7) and 10.02 seconds, respectively ... Posted a personal-best mark in the shot put of 10.24m (33-7 ¼) at the Collegiate Challenge and cleared a personal-best 4.63m (15-2 ¼) in the long jump at the Missouri Invitational ... Also set a personal-best 800m run clocking at the Collegiate Challenge after being paced at 2:25.28. Outdoor: Finished second overall in her first-ever collegiate heptathlon with 3,727 points at the Audrey J. Walton Combined Events Carnival, finishing behind only teammate Lauren Begany ... Also competed at the Tom Botts Invitational and turned in a personal-best mark in the 100m hurdles at 17.47 and a personal-best shot put mark of 10.40m (34-1 ½) ... Was an All-State honoree in the 800m run in both 2006 and 2007 at Fort Osage High School ... Was also a member of the All-State 4x400m relay team in 2007 ... Is a four-time cross country state qualifier and a three-time cross country conference champion ... Is also a three-time conference 800m champion ... Led For Osage to conference championships on 2007 and 2008 and led her cross country team to a conference title in 2008 as well ... Holds personal-best marks of 59.00 in the 400m dash, 2:17 in the 800m run, 5:22 in the 1,600m run, 49.00 in the 300m hurdles and 11:59 in the 3,200m run ... Graduated fifth in her class out of 333 students and is a four-time Fort Osage Citizenship Award winner.

Born on May 22, 1991, in Blue Springs, Mo., to parents Dennis and Cindy Vanarsdall, both of whom graduated from the University of Missouri ... Sister, Katie, is one of the 10 team captains on this year's Mizzou track and field team ... Plans to study mathematics while at Mizzou with hopes of becoming a middle school math teacher ... Also would like to coach track and field or basketball sometime in her life ... Is a member for FCA and is in MU's Women's Chorale.
