Cross Country - Teylar started her outdoor season at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival in St. Louis, Mo., where she placed 20th in the field, navigating the 5000m course in 18:43.00...She would better that time at the Greater Louisville Classic, taking eighth overall in 18:22.90...Her lone 6000m run of the season was at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis, Minn., where she clocked through in 23:50.50...Teylar ended her season at the Bradley Pink Classic, taking 76th on the 3.73m course (22:39.50).

Cross Country - Teylar made her Tiger debut at the MU-Arkansas Dual in Fayetteville, Ark., where she placed 24th overall, 15th for the Tigers, on the 4000m course (15:13)...She was the 14th Tiger across the line at the Roy Griak Invitational, navigating the 6000m course in 23:58.85...Hit her season's best time of 23:08.30 at the Bradley Invitational where she was tenth overall in the Open Race.
Indoor Track - Started her season with a win at home in the Missouri Open mile...Hit a season's best in the mile at her third and final meet on the road with the Tigers, crossing in 5:04.44 at the Tyson Invitational...Ended the season at home with a second-place finish in the 3000m run at the Collegiate Challenge.
Outdoor Track - Teylar had a very successful outdoor season, culminating in her first appearance on a Missouri All-Time Top Ten list with her PR in the 3000m Steeplechase (10:51.91)...She started the season at the Crimson Tide Invitational, debuting in the Steeplechase with a final time of 11:26.78..>Bested that time the following competition at the Mt. SAC Relays (11:06.47)...Ended her season with a 12th-place finish at the SEC Championships in the Steeplechase, landing at No. 7 in the Mizzou Record Books (10:51.91).

Teylar competed for Fort Zumwalt South High School under coaches Thomas Kinder and Greg Hallam...CROSS COUNTRY...Team was GAC (Gateway Athletic Conference) Champions in 2012...As an individual, Teylar was a 2012 MSHSAA 4A Cross Country Championships qualifier...TRACK & FIELD...Teylar was a two-time All-State finisher, placing eighth in the 1600m run at the 2013 and 2012 MSHSAA 4A Championships.
Parents are Jason (Erin) Adelsberger and Shannon (Matthew) Bensing...Born December 6, 1994 in St. Louis, Mich...Sister plays softball at East Central Community College...Teylar was the St. Charles County Large School Athlete of the Year in 2013...Cardinals Featured Athlete (May 2012)...Earned the PPI Essence Award (2012-13)...Was a member of the National Honor Society...She also competed in softball, earning All-Conference (2010-12) and All-District (2010-11) honors...Volunteered with No Hunger Holiday and Salvation Army Canned Food Drives...She is undecided on her major, but would like to pursue a career in Nursing or Health Sciences.
