Indoor: Big 12 Champion as part of distance medley relay team, running 400-meter leg ... also qualified as part of DMR for NCAA Indoor Championships ... placed ninth at the Big 12 Indoor at 400 meters (56.78) ... part of winning 4x400-meter relay team at Northern Iowa ... season bests: 60m, 7.80, MU All-Comers, PR; 200m, 25.44, NoIowa; 400m, 56.65, Iowa State Classic, iPR.
2004:
Outdoor: Racked up three All-Big 12 honors with sixth place finishes in the 4x100- and 4x400-relays and a seventh-place showing with a new personal-best in the 400-meter dash, clocking in at 55.33 ... was on Nebraska Quad 4x400-relay championship team ... placed second at the Ward Haylett Invite's 400-meter dash.
Indoor: Placed 11th at the Big 12 Championships in the 400-meter dash with personal-best indoor time of 56.87.
2003:
Outdoor: Set a career best in the 400m at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 56.37 ... qualified for the NCAA Regionals with the 4x400 relay team that also placed fourth at the Big 12 Championships.
Indoor: Competed in the 200m at the Big 12 Championships (25.24) ... season best in the 400m came at the Iowa State Invitational (57.91).
2002:
Outdoor: All-Big 12 as a member of the 400m relay team at the conference meet ... also competed in the 200m and 400m at the Big 12 Championships ... best time of the season in the 200m was 25.02 at the conference meet.
Indoor: Competed in the 400m (59.60) at the Big 12 Championships.
High School:
Was named all-American in 2000 with her 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams ... state champion in the 200m in 2001 ... holds the school record in five events ... also played volleyball, basketball, and was on the swim team ... holds school volleyball record for most digs and kills in a season.
