Saw his marks improve during his sophomore season and posted season-best and career-best times in both the 60m and 200m dashes ... Clocked a time of 7.10 in the 60m dash at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, earning him fifth place overall in the race ... Ran his second-best time at 60m in the preliminary heat of that race, clocking in at 7.13 ... Showed great progression in the 60m dash throughout the season as his times dropped from 7.27 to 7.10 in his final competition ... Also posted a career-best in the 200m dash at the Collegiate Challenge after clocking in at 22.60, placing fourth overall ... Once again saw great progression in his times in the 200m dash as they decreased from 23.46 in the opening weekend to 22.60, losing nearly a second.

Indoor: Competed in the long jump at the Missouri Invitational, turning in a season-best jump of 6.28m (20-7 ¼) ... Posted a season-best time of 7.13 in the 60m dash at the MU-KU dual meet ... Ran to a time of 23.58 in the 200m dash at the Collegiate Challenge, also a season-best time. Outdoor: Participated in three different events - triple jump, long jump and 100m dash - at the Jefferson Cup, setting season-bests in all three ... Leaped 11.21m (36-9 ½) in the triple jump at the meet, 6.50m (21-4) in the long jump and clocked in at 11.27 in the 100m dash at the meet ... Set a season-best mark of 22.67 in the 200m dash at the Tom Botts Invitational.

Helped high school track team to a second-place district showing as a member of team's winning 4x200 relay and runner-up 4x100 relay ... was a first-team All-State defensive back for Parkway Central, helping team to a MSHSAA Class 4 runner-up slot in 2007 ... was a four-sport varsity in high school.
