Also earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the Tigers' distance medley relay team that took seventh overall at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 11:36.81 ... Set a season-best mark in the mile of 4:48.70 at the Bill Bergan Invitational, winning the event title. Outdoor:NCAA Championship Preliminary Round qualifier in the 1,500m run with a season-best time of 4:25.41, which was run at the Big 12 Championships, earning her seventh place overall and All-Big 12 honors ... Also posted a personal-best time of 2:10.18 in the 800m run at the Tom Botts Invitational, placing third overall.
2010: Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 1,000m run after clocking in at 2:51.78, placing fifth overall ... Ran a personal-best time of 2:48.81 in the preliminary heat of that race ... Posted times of 2:52.76 in the 1,000m run at the MU-KU Border Dual and 2:52.49 at the Meyo Invitational ... Was an 800m run standout for the Tigers as well, posting a season-best clocking of 2:10.47 in the event ... Also posted a season-best time of 4:57.07 in the mile run at the Bill Bergan Invitational ... She ranked third on the team at 800m behind Shannon Leinert and Layne Moore and was second on the team at 1,000m behind only Moore. Outdoor: Ran in the 800m run at the Big 12 Championships and placed 17th in the preliminary heat with a time of 2:12.53 ... Clocked a season-best time of 2:11.87 in the 800m run at the Arkansas Twilight where she placed seventh overall ... Also ran on the 4x400m relay team at that meet and helped the foursome clock in at 4:01.72 ... Ran as a member of the 4x800m relay team at the Drake Relays and clocked a time of 8:56.28 ... Also ran on the 4x880-yard relay team at the Kansas Relays that clocked in at 9:09.73 and the sprint medley team that was paced at 4:01.85, helping Mizzou claim the overall team title at the meet ... Ran in the 1,500m run as the Missouri Relays and clocked a season-best time of 4:34.48 ... Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big 12 second team as well.
2008: Cross Country: Was squad's fifth scorer at the NCAA Midwest Regional, running PR 22:45.4 for 6k ... was squad's sixth at the Big 12 meet ... finished second overall and second on the team at the SIU Early Bird.
High School: 11-time Kansas 6A Champion, winning all four cross country titles in high school career and by 20 seconds her senior season in 2007 ... four-time 1600-meter state champion and three-time 800-meter state champ, also taking runner-up honors at 800 and 3200 meters in 2008 ... four-time Kansas City Star cross country runner of the year and KC Star All-Metro on the track ...
