time ... winner of the Missouri Invite 3000-meter run ... clocked season's best 3000 race at the Meyo Invite, running 8:09.22 ... placed 10th at the Iowa State Classic in
the Mile, running PR of 4:09.35.
2006:
Cross Country: Finished 126th in the NCAA Championship Meet, more than 100 places better than he finished in 2004 (233rd) ... finished fifth in the Midwest
Region Championships ... finished 16th in the Big 12 Championship Meet ... finishes his cross country career with two NCAA appearances, three All-Midwest Region
Honors and three All-Big 12 Honors.

2005:
Cross Country: Was 12th at the Notre Dame Invitational, with a personal-best 8k time of 24:01 ... winner of the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... was hit hard
by injury shortly after Notre Dame Invite, ending season ... but was awarded a medical waiver for the season.
Outdoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 10k at the Big 12 Championships with an eighth-place finish ... qualified for the NCAA regional at 5000 meters ... placed
fifth at the Drake Relays in the 5000-meter run.
Indoor: Broke the school record at 3000 meters at the Meyo Invitational (8:04.86) and followed by breaking his own record at 5000 meters a week later at the
Iowa State Classic (14:09.25) ... placed seventh at the Big 12 Championships at 5000 meters, ninth at 3000 meters.
2004:
Cross Country: At-large qualifier for the NCAA Championships after an All-Region performance at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... claimed eighth place at the
regionals with a PR in the 10k of 30:53 ... placed sixth at the Big 12 Championships ... won the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... finished 233rd at the NCAA
Championships ... season best: 8k, 24:50, Notre Dame Invite.
Outdoor: NCAA Regional Qualifier in the 5000-meter run and finished 12th with 14:47.63 ... hit a personal-best of 14:12.23 in the 5k at the Stanford Invitational,
making him the second best all-time in the outdoor 5k at Mizzou ... 14th at the Big 12 Championships in the 5k ... other season bests: 1500m, 3:57.17, Ward Haylett.
Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors with a fourth place finish in the 5000m, running with a season best time of 14:22.26 ... finished 11th at the Big 12

2003:
Cross Country: All-Midwest Region and All-Big 12 ... finished first on the team in both the NCAA Midwest Region and the Big 12 Championships ... finished 12th
at the NCAA Regional in Stillwater, placed 14th at the Big 12 Championships in Austin ... set a new personal best in the 8k at the NCAA Pre-Nationals with a time of
24:18.8.
Outdoor: Placed seventh at Big 12 Championships in 5000-meter run and was named to All-Big 12 team ... ran a personal best of 14:18.76 at the Mt. SAC relays.
Indoor: Named All-Big 12 in the 5000-meter run after fifth place finish ... set new school record in the 5000m at the Iowa State Invitational (14:18.91) ... won the

Cross Country: Finished first among team during his first three meets as a Tiger ... finished first overall at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge, his first meet of
his college career ... placed fifth at the Lakefront Invite ... placed 55th at the Big 12 Championships ... 33rd at NCAA Regionals.

First-team cross country high school All-American ... placed fifth at the FootLocker National Cross Country Championships ... five-time Michigan state champion, twice in
