Outdoor: Redshirt season.
Indoor: Claimed new weight throw personal best at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular, throwing 56-3¼ (17.15m).
2005:
Outdoor: Threw over 170 feet in four meets with the hammer ... grabbed new PR in the event with a 173-7 toss (52.92m) at the Missouri Relays.
Indoor: Hit 17-meter mark with the weight for a personal best at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular (55-9¼) ... placed fourth at the Missouri Invite with the weight.
2004:
Outdoor: Set new personal bests in both the discus and hammer throw events ... best discus toss was at the Nebraska Quad, throwing 148-1 (45.14m) ... captured best hammer throw toss of the season of 164-7 (50.16m) at the Missouri Relays.
Indoor: Gained a personal best in the weight throw at the Iowa State Classic, throwing for 52-10¼ (16.11m) ... recorded top five finishes at the MU All-Comers and the Missouri Invite.

Outdoor: Participated in the discus and hammer throw events early in the season ... grabbed a fourth place spot in the Tom Botts Invitational hammer throw.
