Outdoor: Regional qualifier for the third-consecutive year with both the hammer and discus, placed ninth regionally in the hammer ... placed third at the Big 12 Championships with the hammer, 11th with the disc ... earned season's best with the hammer in winning Missouri Relays with 214-6 (65.39m) toss ... winner of the Tom Botts hammer throw ... season's best in the discus came from a sixth-place finish at the Kansas Relays (171-4, 52.23m) ... has had four competitions with the hammer of 200 feet during season. Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors for second-straight year with the weight, placing sixth with throw of 63-1½ (19.24m) ... threw for season's best with the weight at the Cyclone National Qualifier, marking 63-11½ (19.49m) ... second with the weight at the Big 12-Mountain West Challenge in Lincoln.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA and USATF Outdoor Championships with the hammer throw, becoming a top-10 collegiate hammer thrower in only his sophomore year ... improved personal best by 22 feet in first meet, throwing 207-6 (63.26m) at the Arizona State Invitational ... initially broke Russ Bell's school record in the event at the Missouri Relays with 213-11 (65.21m) mark ... improved own school record by five feet with a 218-11 (66.73m) toss in finishing second in a rainy Drake Relays ... finished second at the Big 12 Championships (213-8) ... placed second in the Mideast Regional (209-6) ... in nine of 10 meets marked above 203-11 ... winner of the Penn State Open, Tom Botts Invite, and Missouri Relays with hammer ... also threw discus, marking a new personal best of 175-8 (53.55m) at the UCLA Invite. 2005:

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA Regionals in both the discus and hammer throw events ... threw for personal best with the disc at the Big 12 Championships with 166-8 toss, earning 11th place ... threw for 185-8 with the hammer and a new career high at the Tom Botts Invite ... placed second at the Missouri Invitational, third at the Pepsi Team Invitational with the hammer... 16th at Drake Relays with hammer. Indoor: Redshirt season.

2004:
Outdoor: Redshirt season. Indoor: Season's best weight throw performance was at the Big 12 Indoor, throwing 54-4 (16.60m), placing 13th ... also had top five finishes at the Missouri Invite and Missouri All-Comers meet ... also long jumped at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular (5.91m, 19-4¾).
