Indoor: All-Big 12 honoree as a member of the Tigers 4x400m relay team that finished eighth at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 3:47.29 ... Clocked a season-best 800m run time of 2:11.56 at the Bill Bergan Invitational where she placed fourth overall ... Competed in the 800m run at the Big 12 Championships and placed 15th overall with a time of 2:13.49. Outdoor: NCAA Championship Preliminary Round qualifier in the 800m run after posting a season-best time of 2:09.42 at the Tom Botts Invitational, placing second overall ... She ran 2:10.55 at the Big 12 Championships, placing 15th overall and clocked a time of 2:12.01 in the 800m run at the NCAA Championships, placing 42nd overall.

2010:
Indoor:
Earned her first Big 12 Championship after clocking in at 2:50.12 in the 1,000m run, making up nearly four spots on the final lap to take the event crown ... Clocked in at 2:48.75 in the preliminary heat of that race, a personal-best time in the event ... Ran 2:53.25 in the 1,000m run at the MU-KU Border Dual and 2:52.14 at the Meyo Invitational ... Was an 800m standout as well for the Tigers, clocking a season-best and NCAA provisional qualifying time of 2:08.05 at the ISU Last Chance Meet ... Ran a time of 2:11.04 in the 800m run at the ISU Classic ... She finished just outside the field of national qualifiers at 800m on the season. Outdoor: NCAA First Round qualifier in the 800m run and was an All-Big 12 honoree in the same event ... Also earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished sixth at the championships with a time of 3:43.15 ... Placed fifth in the 800m run at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 2:10.38 ... Clocked the second-best time in the preliminary heat of the race at 2:09.30 ... Posted a season-best time of 2:08.22 in the 800m run, doing so at the Oregon Pepsi Invitational where she finished second overall ...Ran as a member of the sprint medley relay and the 4x880-yard relay at the Kansas Relays, playing a pivotal role in the Tigers' overall team championship at the meet as she helped the teams run times of 4:01.85 and 9:09.73, respectively ... Also ran on the 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay at the Drake Relays, helping run times of 3:44.24 and 8:56.28, respectively ... Ran 2:09.45 at the Arkansas Twilight, placing sixth overall.


2009:
Indoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 2:09.67 in the 800m run at the ISU Classic ... Turned in a season-best mark of 2:52.84 in the 1,000m run at the MU-KU dual meet ... Placed 15th in the Big 12 in the 800m run at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a time of 2:17.72. Outdoor: Did not compete.

2008:
Cross Country:
Was Mizzou's second finisher at the NCAA Regional (57th), running a PR 22:26.9 for the 6k race ... was team's third placer (59th) at the Big 12 meet ... also ran 5k PR of 18:37 in finishing 16th overall and as MU's No. 2 at the Lakefront Invitational in Chicago. Outdoor: NCAA Regional qualifier at 800 meters, running personal best of 2:09.57 in placing second at the Kansas Relays to earn regional mark ... also qualified for the USATF Junior Championships at the same distance ... winner of the Missouri Relays 800-meter run ... earned All-Big 12 honors in placing eighth with 4x400-meter relay squad at the league meet ... ran anchor leg on Mizzou's third-place sprint medley relay squad at the Drake Relays. Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors and fourth place in the 600-yd run at the Big 12 Championships with a personal best 1:22.73 ... set a personal best in the 800- meter run at the Meyo Invite with her 2:11.86 performance ... Placed second in her first collegiate indoor race, the 600-yd run at the Missouri Invitational ... had second- place showings in the same event at the Big 12-Mountain West Conference Challenge and the ISU Classic ... ran a leg on Missouri's fourth place 4x400 relay squad at the Sykes-Sabok Cup.

2007:
Cross Country: Ran in the first three races of the season for Mizzou ... Finished 11th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... In her second race as a Tiger she finished 41st at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic.

High School:
Class 5A KSHSAA Champion at 400 and 800 meters in both her junior and senior years ... had prep bests of 55.97, 2:12.2, and 5:04 at 400-, 800-, and 1600-meter distances, respectively ... Editor in Chief of her school newspaper ... high school coaches: Randy Wells (track), Mark Stanbrough (cross country).
