2010: Indoor: Competed for the Tigers at the Big 12 Championships in four different events, earning All-Big 12 honors as a member of the 4x400m relay and the distance medley relay teams ... Helped the 4x400m and DMR teams to sixth-place nods with times of 3:41.33 and 11:36.62, respectively ... Both times were season-bests for any Tiger foursome during the indoor season ... Ran in the 400m dash and the competed in the long jump at the Championships as well ... Those two events were her primary ones all season long as she posted a season-best time of 54.62 in the 400m dash at the Meyo Invitational and 5.98m (19-7 ½), also at the Meyo Invitational ... Her 400m time at the meet was just shy of the NCAA provisional qualifying standard in the event and a team-best in 2010 ... Clocked in at 55.70 in the 400m dash at the ISU Last Chance Meet ... Held the Tigers' top marks on the season in both the long jump and the 400m dash ... 2009: Indoor: Placed 10th overall in the long jump at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a leap of 5.86m (19-2 ¾), a personal-best mark ... Saw plenty of action on the sprit circuit as well, turning in personal-best marks in both the 60m dash (7.79) and the 200m dash (24.78) at the ISU Classic and Big 12/SEC Challenge, respectively ... Also set a season-best mark of 57.82 in the 400m dash at the MU-KU dual meet. Outdoor: Placed 12th at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with a long jump mark of 5.97m (19-7), a personal-best in the event ... Competed in both the 100m and 200m dashes at the Tom Botts Invitational, clocking personal-best times in both events ... Ran the 100m dash in 12.09 and the 200m dash in 24.49.
2008: Outdoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the Tigers' eighth-place 4x400-meter relay team ... placed 10th in the long jump at the league meet with a PR 19-1½ (5.83m) ... was on Mizzou's third-place sprint medley relay team at the Drake Relays. Indoor: Recorded a personal best in the indoor long jump at the Missouri All-Comers Meet with a winning leap of 18-10½ (5.75m).
2007: Outdoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the eighth-place 4x100-meter relay team ... placed 23rd in the 200-meter dash and 22nd in the long jump at the conference meet ... marked season's best in the long jump at the Kansas Relays with a leap of 18-8¾ (5.71m) to finish 11th. Indoor: Placed 17th at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the long jump, marking 18-1½ (5.53m) ... landed season's best of 18-9¾ (5.74m) at the Big 12-MWC Challenge.
