Cross Country: Redshirt season.
High School:
MSHSAA's Class 4 runner-up at 3200 meters on the track in 2007 ... a three-time All-State cross country runner in MSHSAA's Class 4 ... helped team with 10th-place finish to a state team title in 2004, freshman year ... placed third and fourth, respectively, at the state meet in 2005 and 2006 ... mulitiple-time all-conference performer on the track, running distances from 800 to 3200 meters and as a part of team's 4x800-meter relay ... high school coach - Jesse Griffin ... high school PRs - 800m, 2:20; 1600m, 5:13; 3200m, 11:13.
