2007:
Outdoor: NCAA Regional qualfiier, finishing 13th, in the 800-meter run for the second-consecutive year, third overall regional apperance (4x400 in 2005) ... ran
season's best to qualify for the regional in the heats of the Big 12 Championships, clocking 1:49.61 ... scored for the Tigers for second-straight year at 800 meters in the
Big 12s, placing sixth (1:51.76) ... also on eighth-place 4x400-relay team at conference championships ... ran a career-best 47.61 400-meter dash at the Missouri Relays in
the middle of a heavy downpour.
Indoor: Twice earned All-Big 12 honors, placing fourth, a career-conference best finish, in the 800-meter dash with a 1:50.82 clocking, was also seventh with
4x400-relay team ... ran career-best for an indoor 800 at the Cyclone National Qualifier, running 1:49.87 ... winner of the 600-yard run at the Big 12-Mountain West
Challenge in Lincoln, Neb. (1:10.58).
2006:
Outdoor: NCAA Regional qualifier, finishing 12th, at 800 meters after running career best 1:49.36 at 800 meters at Tom Botts Invitational ... earned All-Big 12
honors with career-high finish at 800 meters with fifth-place showing ... was part of two winning relay teams at the Drake Relays, the DMR and 4x800-meter squads.
Indoor: Was 10th at 800 meters at the Big 12 Championships ... winner of 800-meter race at the Missouri Invitational, placed second at the MU-KU-KSU
Triangular at 600 yards.
2005:
Outdoor: Was on DMR team that placed third at the Drake Relays ... surged late in the season, running a full-second PR at early-June's Music City Distance
Festival, clocking 1:49.11 ... co-winner of team's Derrick Peterson Award for most outstanding male.
Indoor: All-American with NCAA's eighth-place DMR team ... Big 12 Champion as part of distance medley relay team, running the second-400m leg, helped team
to Big 12 meet record time of 9:47.13 ... helped DMR team break school record a week later at the Alex Wilson Invitational ... placed fifth in the Big 12 indoor 600-yard run
(1:10.35), in a race that had the top five finish in one-second of each other ... winner of the 400 meter at the MU-KU-KSU Triangualar ... winnder of the 600-yard run at
the Missouri Invitational ... other season bests: 400m, 48.85, MU-KU-KSU Tri; 800m, 1:51.09, Iowa State Classic.
2004:
Outdoor: Finished fourth at the USA Track & Field Junior National Championships in the 800 meters ... placed 14th at conference championships in 800 ... also
ran on 4x400 team ... ran for a team's second sesaon-best of 48.84 in the 400 at Missouri Relays ... season bests: 800m, 1:51.39, Billy Hayes Classic (Indiana); 400m,
