2005:
Indoor: Big 12 Champion as part of distance medley relay team, running the final leg, the 1600 meters ... team broke Big 12 meet record (9:47.13) ... anchored team to school-record relay time of 9:35.25 a week later at Alex Wilson Invitational to earn spot in NCAA Championships ... earned another All-Big 12 honor, placing third in the 3000-meter (8:10.55) ... ran season best on the way to a come-from-behind victory at the Iowa State Classic in the Mile, running 4:04.14.
2004:
Outdoor: Ran for a personal-best 1500m time of 3:48.50 at the Stanford Invitational.
Indoor: Earned third All-Big 12 honor with a fourth-place finish in the Mile Run at the conference championships ... hit personal best and reached the NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the Mile with a time of 4:03.30 at the ISU Qualifier ... other season best: 3000m, 8:27.98, Tiger Classic.
2003:
Cross Country: Season cut short due to knee injury ... was the Tigers' top scorer at the Roy Griak Invitational, clocking in at 25:41 in 93rd place ... finished third at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge with season-best 8k time of 25:32.
Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA Regionals in the 1500-meter run after winning the event at the Tom Botts meet ... ran twice in the 800m and competed in distance relays.
Indoor: All-Big 12 in the mile run with an eighth place finish ... was a part of the NCAA provisonal qualifier team in the distance medley relay.
2002:
Cross Country: Improved dramatically his junior year and was named All-NCAA Midwest Region and All-Big 12 ... at NCAA Regionals, jumped from 91st previous year to 18th (30:29, 10k) ... Finished 11th at confernce meet, best finish for a Mizzou runner at a conference meet since the 1980's .. named first team Academic All-Big 12.
Outdoor: Fifth in the steeplechase (10:13.62) at the Penn State Invitational.
Indoor: Ran a personal best in the mile (4:15.82) and finished sixth at the Meyo Classic.
2001:
Cross Country: Returned a first place in team and tenth place overall finish at the J.K Gold Classic his sophomore year ... finished 79th at conference meet and 91st at NCAA Regionals.
Outdoor: Redshirt season.
Indoor: Redshirt season.
2000:
Cross Country: Finished 12th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... placed 92nd at the conference meet.
