Outdoor Track- Katrine's first season as a Tiger was nothing short of impressive as she finished with a school record, All-Big 12 honor, and a 15th-place performance at the NCAA National Championships...Her school-record jump of 4.20m (13-9.25) came at the ESU Mid-Week Open, winning her the event...Katrine also competed in the javelin throw, earning a personal-best mark of 47.92m (157-2.5) at the Drake Relays to finish sixth...Competed in both events at the Big 12 Championships, where she earned 12th in the pole vault with a mark of 3.68m (12-0.75) and sixth in the javelin with a throw of 43.99m (144-3.75) to win her first All-Big 12 honor...Also qualified for the NCAA Championships Preliminary Round, placing 25th in the javelin and eighth in the pole vault, good to earn her a spot at the NCAA National Championships...Finished 15th in the field at the National Championships for the pole vault after a mark of 4.15m (13-7.25).
Prior to Mizzou:
Katrine came to Missouri from Norway where she graduated from Tertnes Secondary School and competed for the Gular Athletic Club...She holds a personal-best of 5,267 in the heptathlon and was the National Junior Indoor Champion in the pole vault (2009)...She also competed in the 13th IAAF World Junior Championships, where she placed seventh in the heptathlon (2010)...Other personal-bests include 14.30 (100m hurdles), 25.77 (200m), 2:20 (800m), 1.60m/5-3 (high jump), 5.54m/18-2 (long jump), 12.92/42-4.75 (shot put), and 48.18/158-1 (javelin).
