Brandon Goebbert enters his first year on the Missouri Track & Field staff. Goebbert was a three-time All-Big 12 performer in the combined events, placing fifth in the heptathlon at the conference indoor meet with a personal-best score of 5,295. Goebbert's best in the decathlon came last April as he scored 6,773 points at the Audrey Walton Combined Events.

Goebbert is also in Missouri's all-time top five in the pole vault event.
